Jack serves as President and CTO of T3 Sixty, and as a T3 Consultant focuses on technology architecture, software strategies and overall technology implementation. He has over 20 years of experience in the real estate industry and previously worked as CTO of a boutique real estate brokerage which won Inman’s “Innovator of the Year” award and was used as a business case study by Apple. He led a technology team with Keller Williams Realty International and developed the enterprise system that helped grow the franchise from 10,000 agents to 60,000 agents. He is co-author of 5 reports and case studies including the T3 Tech Guide as well as various white papers and abstracts on technology.

Wendy is president of the T3 Broker division of T3 Sixty, and as T3 Consultant provides her expertise on expansion strategies, business planning, market analysis, compensation evaluation and leadership development. With extensive management experience in the real estate industry, she has served as Head of Global Operations at Carrington Real Estate Services, a company with 36 offices and over $2.3 billion in annual sales; Senior Vice President of Network Services for Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate, a Realogy brand; and Vice President of Sales for Royal LePage, Canada’s largest real estate company.

Kevin is president of the T3 MLS division of T3 Sixty, and as T3 Consultant provides his expertise on MLS consolidation and regionalization, tackling big problems, implementing best practices and planning for the future. For more than 30 years he has worked with more than 300 MLSs and Realtor associations. He is the only consultant to have successfully consolidated more than 50 MLSs and create nine new regional MLSs in recent years. Kevin spent 17 years as an MLS vendor (BORIS) and CEO of Realcomp, Michigan’s largest regional MLS.

Tinus serves as Executive VP of T3 Sixty, and as a T3 Consultant specializes in project coordination and technology implementation. He previously worked as project manager and solutions architect for a software consultancy and project management consultancy. Aman is Director of Marketing and Communications for T3 Sixty. He has over 15 years of experience in real estate, leading marketing departments for boutique real estate brokerages in the San Francisco Bay Area including Red Oak Realty and McGuire Real Estate. Formerly he managed strategy and client relationships at J. Walter Thompson, DDB Needham and Saatchi & Saatchi in New York and San Francisco for such clients as Procter & Gamble, General Mills, Clorox and Sun Microsystems.

Tom is a seasoned professional with extensive senior level experience in all phases of the business process from strategic planning and feasibility analysis to operations and project management. Over the past 16 years, Tom has served in various senior capacities within the Swanepoel T3 Group including research, copy editing, and worked as ghostwriter. Tom is also a lecturer and teacher as well as author of 13 books under his own name. Tom graduated from the Navy’s Fighter Weapons School (Top Gun) in the first year of the school’s existence

A graduate of the University of Missouri Graduate School of Journalism.Before Inman, Paul worked as a newspaper writer and freelanced for a wide range of publications, including Texas Monthly, Missouri Conservationist and Comstock’s Magazine.
Jeremy serves as Associate Editor of the Swanepoel Trends Report and has contributed to the past seven issues. He is a leading Realtor association and real estate brokerage design expert, and has been a nationally known speaker, author, and strategy facilitator for 30 years. As a fellow of the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation, he was a member of the staffs of the California Legislature, the United States Senate and the Connecticut Legislature. Jeremy holds a bachelor’s degree from California State University, an MBA from the University of Maryland, and his Juris Doctorate from the University of the Pacific.
Rob serves as Managing Editor of the Swanepoel Power 200 has been involved from the first annual ranking of industry leaders 5 years ago. He is a Change Agent and understands the limits of new techniques, whether social media, online communities, technology products or business models. He utilizes his blog, Notorious ROB, to opine about various topics in marketing, technology and real estate. He served as Senior Director, Interactive Marketing at Realogy until he founded 7DS Associates, where he assists institutional clients in real estate and related industries to develop and implement corporate strategy.
Bernice is involved in research projects for various Swanepoel T3 Group publications. She is a nationally syndicated columnist, author, speaker and consultant, and couples her expertise as a Master Certified Coach (as CEO of RealEstateCoach.com) with 30 years of real estate sales experience. With over 1,000 published articles and four real estate books, Inman News named her “America’s top real estate coach.”

Sam is now in his third year writing for the Swanepoel Trends Report. The managing broker for Seattle Homes Group and Coldwell Banker Danforth, he is 2016 President of Seattle King County Realtors. Sam is known in the real estate industry for being on the cutting edge of issues ranging from technology to legislative policy. He has served as a director and spokesperson for local, state and national Realtor organizations on the topics of industry technology, communications and government affairs.
